As far as my collection goes, 2019 has been a very successful year from beggining to end. I've also had a blast sharing these additions with you all across social media, hobby forums, and of course here on my hockey card blog.

After yesterday's massive White Whale, this update may seem pale in comparison. However, each and every card in my collection is really fun to add and this one is no exception. 

Recently I received a message on HobbyInsider from Tim, the Marty Turco Super Collector. He told me that another collector he knew had a card I might be interested in. It was a jersey numbered card of Enroth. Thanks again for the message, Tim!

Usually I won't overpay for jersey numbered cards or cards I already have, seeing as how I've been primary a one-and-done collector [Throwing it back to my Jersey Numbered Blog posting]. Once I have one copy, I'm usually all set, unless the card has different stamps/markings than the original pack-inserted card or some way to significantly differentiate itself from the next.

​So after a few PM's a deal was done and a new card was on it's way to my collection. 

Once the card arrived, I was more surprised for this package than I thought I'd be. Pulling out the card and adding this SPGU Rookies Gold parallel into my massive binder reminded me how good these cards looked and how nice the parallels were. I flip through my collection quite a bit, but physically adding another 09-10 card to the mix made me appreciate them more. The additional colour and foil is a small detail on these SP Game-Used cards, but one that I think works nicely with an already top notch rookie card design.
