This week I was able to cross another game-used Enroth jersey off the list.... A jersey from the Swedish National Team! During the course of the season, European international teams can play a variety of tournaments in preparation for the IIHF World Championships in the spring. The tournaments include the Euro Hockey Challenge, the Euro Hockey Tour, and finishing with the Channel One Cup. This jersey was used in all 3 events, starting in April and finishing in December 2012, months before Enroth would go on win a Gold Medal for Team Sweden at the 2013 World Championships. This jersey came from a private collection with a COA. The above jersey was worn in the following 5 games with the Swedish National Team: 2012 Euro Hockey Challenge April 18th, 2012 vs Switzerland (4-2 Loss) April 20th, 2012 vs Switzerland (5-2 Loss) 2012 Euro Hockey Tour April 26th, 2012 vs Czech Republic (5-3 Loss) April 29th, 2012 vs Finland (4-1 Loss) 2012 Channel One Cup December 15th, 2012 vs Finland (4-1 Win) I was able to find some great photo-matches as well of the jersey in action! Check it out!
