New set collection on the Horizon: UD Synergy Last Line of Defence - Green Parallels #/199

2018-19 Upper Deck Synergy: Last Line of Defence Green Parallel /199

I don't normally do the whole set collection thing, but after receiving 5 of these awesome 18-19 Upper Deck Synergy Last Line of Defence insert cards (all of them being the Green paralleled versions, numbered #/199), I think I'm hooked. The cards look amazing in person and really pop! UD did a really good job on these inserts. I would just like to thank my hobby friend Derrick for mailing me a large variety of goalie cards from his RAK contest he hosted on Hobby Insider, which ultimately inpired me to do the set I woulnd't have otherwise attempted.

​Earlier today I made a deal to acquire all 15 cards in the basic set, and I'm looking to piece together the remaining 10 cards for these green parallels /199.

There are also Purple parallels in this set numbered /25, and while I do have them listed in my Complete Wantlist, they are not my sole priority right now. Maybe I'll be patient enough to snag some in the future? Who knows, but in the meantime I'll be working on the green parallel set to get those out of the way first.
