It's not everyday that you can knock off a 10-year-old card for the collection numbered out of 5, but today was (luckily) one of those days.
I made a deal for this card late last week with a former Henrik Lundqvist collector (located in Honk Kong, China) who had this card deep in his collection. I've seen about 1 or 2 of these Premier Signings Triple Gold paralleled autographs /5 over the years, so the opportunity to pick one of them up rarely, if ever, becomes reality. I beleive I know of the whereabouts of one another, however, it was stashed away inside a MONSTER (pun totally intended) Gustavsson collection many, many years ago. More on him below... This card arrived this afternoon, and boy is it ever a beauty. Although his spotlight in the hobby has been turned away for a good number of years now, Jonas "The Monster" Gustavsson was one of the pillars in the Maple Leafs' hobby castle at the time. When Gustavsson was dubbed the 'saviour' in between the pipes for the Maple Leafs, his prices in the hobby skyrocketed at the time, causing an influx of Gustavsson collectors during his rookie and sophmore seasons. Being an eager card collector and Leafs fan at the time, this card would have been well out of my range of cards I would have ever been able to own way back then. So although this pickup is (of course) a new staple in my Jhonas Enroth collection, it brings me back to what the hobby was like in 2010, for better or for worse. Oh, and having Lundqvist on there is never a bad thing. I think he rounds out this Swedish triple autograph card just perfectly. Not a bad trio! Aside from the player selection, 2009-2010 OPCP has some of the best-looking autographed sets of all-time, in my humble opinion. Wether it's the single, dual, or triple autographs (I believe there's also quadruple autographed set as well?), the Premier Signings set was very well done on all fronts. I'm glad I get to add another card from that iconic set! As you can see, this card checks off a lot of boxes for me in one cardboarded swoop. Huge thanks to Chris for making a deal with me for this card. Your Lundqvist collection is truly beyond impressive! - Aaron / creasecollector

Who is the seller with the massive Lundqvist collection? I would be interested in seeing what he has available if he makes that public (I assume yes since you were able to buy this card). Awesome card by the way!

Hi, James! This collector wasn't super interested in splitting up the Lundqvists in his collection, however, I can provide their Hobby Insider username to you.
