I haven't done an official #CardOfTheWeek post for quite sometime now, but who's counting?

Anyways, I've been up to other things on this blog which you may or may have not seen yet. I have started a new Collectors Corner segment on my blog where collectors from all over the globe can get their team/player/set collections featured right here on this blog! 

I've wanted to host these showcases for a while now and this card blog finally gives me the platform and audience to do just that. There have been many collectors who've stepped up and contacting me to get their collections featured and I'll happily do just that. The feedback from other collectors have been great so far!

​Blog news aside, I was appreciating other cards from my collection this afternoon and stumbled upon this beauty: 03-04 SPA Future Watch Autographs of Marc-Andre Fleury, numbered #/999.

Ever since I started my Fleury collection a few years ago, this was always the top card on my list. ​ I paid a tiny fraction of what these things are going for today as Fleury's hobby value has exploded in the last few years after his historic move to the Las Vegas Golden Knights expansion team. Although I'd probably never be able to afford one now, I'm glad this card will permanently reside in my personal collection from here on out. I also have a few other sweet rookie-year cards of MAF. Maybe I'll show more of those off later?
