The 500th Jhonas Enroth Card Enters My Collection

This 1/1 Game-Used Glove card was the final piece of the puzzle to help me hit the 500 total cards milestone in my Jhonas Enroth card collection.

Finally..... card number 500 added at last.

For those who aren't aware, this recent mail day marks my 500th card in total for my Jhonas Enroth hockey card collection. After starting this collection back in 2010/2011 when Enroth was first making his mark with the Buffalo Sabres, it's amazing how much progress I've made on this little (or not-so-little) collection of mine. 

This Game-Used Glove card was included in the new boxed product from President's Choice Trading Cards (Which was founded by the original In The Game creator Dr. Price), called Solitaire. This product is a collection of 1/1 cards from various athletes across many sports. The cards themselves are stunning in design, while containing some incredible pieces of game-worn materials.

After being outbid on the Game-Used Glove Red parallel 1/1, I spotted this Silver Parallel 1/1 on eBay last month and quickly pulled the trigger so I could add this beautiful card to my collection. Besides the awesome CCM Premier glove piece, I really enjoy the artwork used in this product, especially on the goalie cards I've seen from the product so far. The bold and sleek appearance really drives home the card manufacturing quality on these Solitaire cards, all while keeping that high-end look that this brand is known for. Not a bad way to hit a collection milestone I'd say!

Enroth also wore this LA Kings throwback CCM Premier setup in practice (February 6, 2016) to break in his new equipment. In this photo, you can clearly see the CCM logo on the forward-facing area of the glove's cuff where this glove swatch was taken to produce this memorabilia card.
