I just sold this beautiful card this week. As much as it pains me to sell a card that has been in my collection for years, I felt it was time.
A few years ago, I received this card from a 2014-15 Upper Deck Artifacts box that was broken for me on CloutsNChara's livestream channel. I've always been a big fan of Artifacts every year, as i just really love the designs that Artifacts bring into the card market, so it was a natural fit for an Artifacts box to be broken for me. After filtering through a few hits, Brad from CnC pulled this absolutely massive card for me. I remember watching this card get pulled and being beyond blow away (seeing the reactions from other collectors in the Live chat was extra special, too). For those who don't know, I have a small Ed Belfour collection, so seeing this card carry one of my childhood heroes was something else. This has been a very fun card to own for the years that I did. However, I had been looking into seriously selling this card for the last little while. Why, you ask? Well, honestly, I feel like someone else could appreciate this card more than I could. Even though I collect Belfour, this card is just too high of a card I wouldn't have even considered picking up for my collection on my own, as I don't usually collect 1/1's for the Belfour collection. I have everything I could need for that PC and I am content, so I feel moving it to a collector who would truly appreciate would be the right move. I've seen this play out many times in my hobby "career", as I've expereinced other collectors move huge Enroth cards out of their Enroth/Sabres collections, not because they were looking to move it, but because they knew I would truly appreciate it that much more than they ever could, as my Jhonas Enroth card collection is the joy of my entire hockey card collection. This scenario is exactly like that, but in reverse. I am more happy to say that giving this beautiful 1/1 card a new, worthy home has made me smile. Brad, I hope you enjoy this card for your legendary Eric Lindros collection. I am happy I was able to help! Happy Collecting, - Aaron
